Dennis is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University, a Master of Laws degree from the University of South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
His areas of practice are; Litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Corporate and commercial law, Real estate and conveyancing transactions, Employment law, Insurance law, Banking and financial services law, Public-private partnerships transactions, Mergers & acquisitions; Immigration law and Legal audits. He is a former Lecturer at the Kenya School of Law and a current Lecturer at Mount Kenya University teaching Conveyancing law and practice, Insurance law, Labour law, Banking law and Negotiable instruments, Sale of goods, Commercial law and Company law.
